Erica Deuso is the Mayor of Downingtown, Pennsylvania, and a proud champion of the Good Neighbor spirit that guides her work every day. She is also the first openly transgender mayor in Pennsylvania and currently the only openly transgender mayor serving in the United States, a milestone she carries with humility and a deep sense of responsibility to serve all people with dignity and respect. As a businesswoman and scientist, she built her career on solving problems and bringing people together, first in the pharmeceutical industry and now in public service. She ran for mayor on a simple promise to keep Downingtown safe, protect its future through sustainable choices, and keep the community strong by looking out for one another. Today, she leads with a steady focus on public safety, responsible stewardship of taxpayer dollars, and practical solutions to challenges like flooding, infrastructure, and affordability, while continuing to stand up for inclusive communities where every neighbor belongs.

Dorothy Edwards is a mom, storyteller, and community builder living in Alexandria, VA with her wife and kid. As a family, they’ve experienced firsthand how few public spaces truly center LGBTQ+ families—especially outside of nightlife. That gap inspired Dorothy to create Friends of Dorothy Cafe. 

Amanda is a queer, nonbinary, polyamorous, psychotherapist and deeply committed to creating spaces where LGBTQIA+ people feel understood, respected and empowered to define themeselves on their own terms. Amanda's work blends clinical expertise, lived expereience, and direct compassionate approach to healing and growth at their private practice, Therapy Center for Transformative Growth.
